A Commitment To Technology Benefits Our Clients

At Watkins Insurance Group, we have made a commitment to provide our clients a more robust range of communication options. We are executing upon that commitment with continual improvements in technology to support the customer experience. We have implemented some great new ways to interact with Watkins Insurance Group…and there is more to come!

Do you have online access to your policies? Just ask your Watkins representative and they can set you up with a personalized MyWatkins webpage where you can access your policy information, connect with your representative, report claims, request changes to your policy, and retrieve ID cards. Want to be paperless? We can do that too! Just ask.

Information security is top of mind as well. We completed a move of our servers to a secure data center in 2015. Now, your information is held under even more strict safety and security standards, while at the same time remaining more available to you and your Watkins representative. We are ready if disaster strikes as we are now remote capable and have secondary site data replication matched with data encryption.

So what’s on the horizon for technology enhancements in 2016 at Watkins Insurance Group? Here is just a sampling of some of the exciting new ways we will enhance our customer experience. Like your MyWatkins webpage but wish it was app deployed? Your wish is our command…coming soon! Want to pay your Watkins invoice online in a secure environment? No problem, it’s on our list for 2016. And some things you didn’t even know you wanted…a brand new email encryption solution to make our current encryption process easier for you to use as well as continual hardware improvements to enable your Watkins Insurance Group representatives to serve you faster!

As you can see, our commitment to the customer experience is demonstrated in many ways. Some of them not so technologically advanced! For example, you won’t hear a phone menu when you call our office during business hours. Your call will be answered by a live person who will direct your call. Sometimes technology is not the best solution to a customer-centered business approach. But rest assured, Watkins Insurance Group strives to find the right balance. We are technology focused, but customer centered. We’re here to help.
